New Generation Super Thin LED Lightbar Delivers Modern Design
Recently announced the launch of its new Super Thin Plastic LED Lightbar, a next-generation warning light solution designed for police, ambulance, fire, and other emergency or service vehicles. Combining a sleek low-profile appearance with high-efficiency LED technology, the lightbar sets a new standard for visibility, durability, and energy efficiency.
Powered by fourth-generation high-efficiency LED technology, the lightbar provides brilliant illumination while consuming minimal power. Each module features linear 12-LED arrays, with configurations of up to 264 LEDs (full LED) or 216 LEDs when equipped with an optional 100W built-in speaker. This design ensures uniform, high-intensity light output and strong warning visibility from all angles.
The lightbar is available in single-color or tri-color change LED configurations, with lens options including red, blue, amber, clear, and black. UV-resistant lenses are manufactured from PC 2805 (Germany Bayer) , achieving over 90% light transmittance. Momentary light intensity reaches ≥14μ, with LED tube intensity ≥1000mcd.
Engineered for harsh environments, the lightbar features a fully encapsulated structure with epoxy-coated flasher boards and LED modules. The fully sealed housing provides excellent waterproof and weather-resistant performance, ensuring long-term reliability in extreme conditions. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +70°C, with continuous working time exceeding 200 hours and LED tube lifetime up to 200,000 hours under rated voltage and current.
